1. Excellent, friendly greeting on arrival. 2. The location for a first-time visitor to Lille could hardly have been better. 3. Room was comfy and clean and had very witty and colourful murals, even on the shower screen! 4. Enjoyed the access to the balcony attached to the room

Breakfast was average. Personally I dislike the use of coffee capsules in hotels which are committed to recycling. Proper cups / mugs preferred to glass cups

The staff was wonderful; very helpful; accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and I would have liked another pillow but overall just fine.

My room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. It was a lovely bright room and quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly and they allowed me to check-in as soon as I arrived at 1pm. The hotel is just behind the Opera and close to the Grand Place etc.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The building has an impressive exterior and entrance foyer.

Room had a great view! As a corner room the bathroom was quite large too. Fridge!! Staff friendly, breakfast more than adequate.

Superb location, we upgraded to a Premier room and it was worth it. Beautiful location in the heart of Lille.
